Gregg was great since check in. Very comfortable and quiet stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying over a week anywhere. Thanks to the whole staff.
We had a pipe burst in our home and unexpectedly had to find a place for my husband and I to stay. Greg the manger was awesome and put us at ease. Making us feel welcome and a place we could call home for a couple of weeks. I loved having weekly cleaning service. The room was clean and the place was quiet. Thank you Greg again for being a great manger.
I booked the superior studio and was extremely impressed the front desk clerk was extrenly helpful and made ny check in one of the best yet experiences yet i believe his name was Greg if i got that wrong i apologize .. he even had me look at the room before checking in to make sure i was comfortable with my choice i give it a 9/10 .. only because the location is not the greatest but it's defiantly a hidden gem. The hotel is exceptional compared to others I've stayed in with better locations.. but it's a safe location
My son and I have been staying here since April 4th and it had been an awesome stay. The surrounding area and grounds are quiet and peaceful. The rooms we saw were very clean, neat and fresh smelling with no pests. The room we chose has been awesome. I enjoy having weekly room service. Even the laundry room and machines are great and kept clean and cool! The staff is wonderful, everyone we have been in contact with has been great. I don't wish to forget anyone so I will not list names but Mr. Greg's entire staff is awesome in my book. They work diligently to resolve any concern or request presented to them (the few we have had). We plan to remain here indefinitely.
Stayed at this hotel for two weeks. No problems except some disturbance in the room next door. They had a problem with the room and maintenance came to fix the ot. I found out later it was the manager himself, Greg. He checked on our room to make sure we were okay and the room was comfortable. Great customer service.

I was there for a quick trip. I found the hotel very clean. The lobby, rooms and property are well maintained. The staff was very friendly at check-in. We had a question, and Greg, was so kind and knowledgeable and took great care of us. He also gave us some great recommendations for surrounding restaurants. He always greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. A true asset to the hotel. We will be back for sure.
